Delivery Update
Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Due to high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.
You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee. Subject to our Returns Policy, freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Huntingwood, NSW Australia and are shipped to a single address. You can choose from the following different shipping options:
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way on www.auspost.com.au. We cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, and so cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address. If the desired product is not in stock we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.
We strongly recommend that you do not instruct any shipping company to leave a delivery from us at any unattended location. www.royaldoultonoutlet.com.au accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any delivery left at an unattended location.
Delivery within Australia
Standard Delivery is charged at a flat fee as follows:
- - $9.95 for all deliveries within NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA
- - $14.95 for all deliveries within WA,TAS & NT
International Delivery
Available for New Zealand only. International Delivery is charged at a flat fee as follows:
- -$49.99 for all deliveries to New Zealand
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside Australia, therefore a residential or business address is required.
We cannot deliver tea leaf and tea bag products outside of Australia.
Delivery is provided by DHL or DSV couriers. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, our couriers will leave a card.
International Shipping available for New Zealand only.
Customs and Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local tax, charges and customs duties. Any such costs and associated fees, if applicable, will be charged once the goods reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and we cannot be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
All Pricing
The product prices quoted on our website are the same for both Australian and overseas customers. We do not adjust the prices for GST and you are responsible for any local tax, charges or custom duties.
